“Purchased a “Quiet PC Serenity 8 Office” recently, and I have been delighted with it, and the pre-sales technical help I had. Buying the right combination of components can be daunting even for someone who enjoys learning about new technology. Add in the desire for both computing power and quietness, and it becomes quite tricky. These people know what they are talking about. In pre-sale I asked to check if stock coolers were sufficient or if I needed something more. They could have come back with a massive “up sell” but they didn’t. They just reassured me that the choice of components, even with the migration of additional stuff I intended to add on delivery would have sufficient cooling. They also offered to put in place the cabling I needed for the additional components, and passed the message on, and it was done. All very helpful, and now I’m enjoying a reliable desktop PC.”
